The University of Denver Women's Basketball Position Camp is both a competitive and educational experience. Our goal is to instill a solid skill foundation for players at all levels with a focus on specific positions on the court. Campers can expect to run through Division I drills and skill instruction with a highly experience coaching staff. Each drill is created to help prepare each camper to compete at the highest level.
FAQs
Does my child need to bring lunch?
Yes, we will not provide lunch at camp. Water and small snacks will be available throughout the day if needed.
What do the players need to bring?
Players should bring basketball shoes and any other specialized items they will need to play. Basketballs will be provided but players are welcome to bring their own as well.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be considered within 7 days of the Elite Camp unless extenuating circumstances arise. Please contact the camp director at 402-201-1748 if this arises.
Where do I drop my kid off?
Drop off will be at the Buchtel Blvd. roundabout located at 2240 Buchtel Blvd. S Denver, CO 80210.
What players are these camps geared toward?
Position Camp is is primarily aimed toward 6th - 12th grad athletes who have ambitions to play basketball in college. This clinic provides an opportunity for interested basketball players to accomplish many goals including: see our campus, meet the coaches, learn about our program, and have an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in front of the coaches. Compared to Elite Camp position camp with dive deeper into the skills training based on your position.
